MEET ENDINE DIXON-HARRIS

Endine Dixon-Harris is dedicated to making a difference in our community. Her passion for positive change and commitment to serving the people drive her to stand for election. She believes in transparency, accountability, and progress, and aims to bring these values to local government.

About Endine Dixon-Harris

Kia ora, my name is Endine Dixon-Harris. I have lived in the Waikato District for over 25 years as a proud mother and nanny.

My tamariki have attended Kōhanga Reo and Te Wharekura o Rakaumanga, and my mokopuna will continue this pathway, keeping our whānau strongly connected to kaupapa Māori education.

I have served in local sports and community spaces through rugby league, netball, waka ama, and Te Kōhanga Reo. In every role I take on, I fully commit, engage, and participate to the best of my ability. My belief is simple: contribute meaningfully, and when it is time, make way for new leadership.

I currently work as the General Manager of Ngaati Hauaa Tribal Trust, supporting initiatives in education, health, housing, and development.

I am standing for the Tai Raro Takiwā Ward to ensure community voices are heard, the council is accountable, and Te Tiriti principles are upheld.
